Stepping out. That's the first thing we had to do when we felt God calling us to move 500 miles to church plant on the beach. We can honestly tell you that it has not been easy.

Having patience. Not just with others, but with God. We moved knowing that the Lord would provide, but we had to learn that our timing is almost always different than His.

Being honest with God. That has been the key to making it through these times. Whether individually or together, we have had to be completely open and honest in our communication to the Lord.
